Arun West u3a was formed in 2013 on the division of Arun u3a into three separate u3as (the others being Littlehampton and Arun East).

The Arun West u3a serves the villages situated between Bognor Regis andLittlehampton; that is Elmer, Felpham, Middleton on Sea, Barnham, Eastergate, Westergate, Walberton, Fontwell, Binsted, Yapton, Ford and Clymping.
